Merkur is the name of the German Railway Society's quarterly journal. It is printed on glossy paper to A5 size with colour and black and white illustrations and photographs. Advertisements from traders are published. Currently it has 52 pages with 16 pages in full colour. Merkur is our predominent form of contact with most members. It includes articles on prototype and modelling subjects as well as information about the society, exhibitions that will be attended, current happenings in the model trade, recent and future events on the prototype scene and a 'sales and wants' section which is free to our members.
